i checked out a book today at the ‘brary. it’s gonna be bad. it was the cover; it sucked me in (is that a bat? wha-?). the title was Blood Oath and i thought, “For the love of love. How many books have the title Blood Oath?” i immediately thought of sf and westerns.

then i read the top of the cover. i was all, “Wait, what?”

FINALLY! a vampire book for me. he’s a vampire who works for the president. nights? i’m assuming?

i’ll be sure to let you know all about it as soon as i finish Preston and Child’s The Cabinet of Curiosities.
